The Plamere device supplies energy between a metallic tip and the skin, where plasma (ionised air) carbonises the surface of skin and turns the skin’s material into gas (sublimation). This process is similar to when lightening occurs between ionised air and the earth.

I ordered and paid for two (2) plamere pens and two (2)) extra batteries over a month ago. I recieved one (1) pen and one (1) extra battery and have not been able to get a response from anyone regarding the pen and battery I am still owed. Frustrated and disappointed.
