PROCESSING TIME: We need 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) to process and ship your item. Estimated delivery times are determined by two factors: order processing time and transit time. Items in stock will be shipped once the item has been located, your payment has been confirmed, and the shipping address has been verified. For the majority of orders, this process begins once your online order is submitted.
Depending on when you place your order, the order process may not begin until the next business day. Monday through Friday are business days. Due to holiday shipping delays, order processing times may be longer than usual during peak periods. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends when it safely arrives at the shipping address.
We will not replace any items or packages that have been delivered to you. Any damaged items or packaging should be refused. Any items lost after they are delivered to you are your responsibility. Please keep in mind that items shipped internationally from the United States may take longer to arrive due to increased security at border crossing points, shipping, handling charges, and customs; as a result, you will be charged import fees. The shipping company will contact you to collect the fees in order for you to receive the package.
ISSUES WITH SHIPPING COMPANY (USPS/UPS/DHL): We only issue refunds when we make a mistake (i.e. if we ship to the wrong mailing address other than what you provided). We do not refund or acknowledge disputes if we ship to the correct mailing address and the status is reflected as delivered. We do not accept liability for claims of non-delivery caused by USPS error. At this time, we can only replace lost shipments.
